KREUL textile hardener is a modeling medium for stiffening fabric, wool, yarn, leather, and paper. It transforms soft materials into stable, sculptural forms without making them feel as hard as plastic.
With the textile hardener, decorative 3D objects can be created, such as draped fabric designs on canvas, baskets made of felt or bast, bowls made of wool, or crocheted decorations. The natural structure of the materials remains visible.
Application is simple. The material is brushed or dipped with the medium, then modeled and shaped to dry. After drying, the surface is transparent, silk-matt, and residue-free.
The textile hardener is water-based, vegan, fast-drying, and non-yellowing. The dried object can be painted over and made weather-resistant by applying a protective varnish. Suitable for textiles, silk, natural paper, paper, wool, yarn, felt, leather, canvas, cotton, and denim.
