      Encaustic: Painting with hot wax

Encaustic is a fascinating painting technique in which colored wax is melted and applied to cardboard using a hot iron. Through pulling, dabbing, and wiping, landscapes, skies, seas, or abstract images with vibrant colors are created in a short time. In the Swiss craft shop I AM CREATIVE, you will find everything you need to get started, conveniently ordered online and shipped within Switzerland.
