Always remove only as much modelling clay from the package as is currently needed. Always keep the rest in the closed bag so that it does not dry out. Apply any hand cream to your hands to prevent the modelling clay from sticking to them. Kneading the clay will make it soft and smooth and ready for use. The modelling clay can be modelled by hand, cut out or pressed into shapes. Tip: if the modelling clay is too sticky, knead in a little cornstarch; if it is too dry and crumbly, use a little more hand cream and knead the clay again thoroughly. To colour the modelling clay, it is recommended to take a small amount and press a small hollow into the clay with your finger. Add a few drops of colour concentrate into the hollow and knead the clay. At first, the clay will have a marble effect, but the longer the clay is kneaded, the more evenly it will be coloured. Note on the production of jewellery or other objects: The modelling clay shrinks slightly when drying. Depending on the layer thickness, the drying time is between 6 and 15 hours. The modelling clay can then be painted, decorated or refined with acrylic paint. For everyday objects, a coating with transparent cold glaze is recommended.
