KREUL and SOLO GOYA Paper The Italian artist papers from KREUL have been selected to complement our color systems. From drawing paper for sketches to papers for painting with watercolors, oil and acrylic paints, and for mixed media techniques, artists can choose the right substrate based on quality: The compact system consists of KREUL Paper in entry-level quality and SOLO GOYA Paper as artist-grade paper in medium quality. The use of FSC-certified cellulose and production using hydroelectric power make these papers highly environmentally friendly. They are acid-free and age-resistant in accordance with ISO 9706. Due to the absence of acid and limited use of alkali, these papers are very well suited for archiving. SOLO GOYA Paper Water Color, 300 g/m²: is ideal for painting with watercolor and gouache paints, for wet-on-wet as well as dry painting techniques. The watercolor paper is glued on four sides, which ensures that it stays flat and does not buckle after wetting. Due to the internal and external sizing as well as the fine-grained surface, the paper has a very balanced water absorption capacity. The paper is a blend of cotton (25%) and lignin-free cellulose.
