The patches can be applied to a variety of textiles such as jackets, trousers, t-shirts, shirts, hats, scarves, shoes, backpacks, bags and much more.
Instructions
- Pre-wash the garment without fabric softener and heat the iron to 150 °C (observe the specifications on the textile label). Iron the textile to smooth and pre-warm the surface.
- Place the patch in the desired position.
- To protect it, cover the patch with a thin cloth or baking paper.
- Iron the patch for approximately 15-30 seconds, pressing firmly. Turn the textile over and repeat the procedure.
- Allow the patch to cool for 1 hour, check the corners and re-iron if necessary. As it cools, the patch's adhesive permanently bonds with the fabric.
Good to know: Nylon, polyester, and Cordura are likely to melt at high temperatures or the patch may not adhere. In this case, we recommend our textile glue 4010.394 or to fix the patch traditionally with needle and thread on the garment. The ironed-on patch lasts for approximately 25 washes.
