With our cool patches, you can spruce up your wardrobe in no time. The patches can be applied to a variety of textiles such as jackets, trousers, t-shirts, shirts, hats, scarves, shoes, backpacks, bags, and much more.
Instructions
- Pre-wash garment without fabric softener and heat iron to 150 °C (observe instructions on the textile label). Iron the textile so that the surface is smooth and preheated.
- Place the patch in the desired spot.
- To protect it, cover the patch with a thin cloth or baking paper.
- Iron on the patch for about 15-30 seconds, pressing firmly. Turn the textile over and repeat the procedure.
- Allow the patch to cool for 1 hour, check the corners, and re-iron if necessary. While cooling, the adhesive of the patch permanently bonds with the fabric.
Good to Know Nylon, polyester, and Cordura are likely to melt at high temperatures, or the patch may not adhere. In this case, we recommend our textile adhesive 4010.394 or securing the patch to the garment in the classic way with a needle and thread. The ironed-on patch lasts for about 25 washes.
