KREUL and SOLO GOYA Paper The Italian artist papers from KREUL have been selected to match the color systems. From drawing paper for sketches to papers for painting with watercolors, oil and acrylic paints, and for applying mixed media techniques, artists choose the appropriate substrate depending on the quality: The compact system consists of KREUL Paper in entry-level quality and SOLO GOYA Paper as artist paper in medium quality. The use of FSC-certified cellulose and production with hydropower make these papers very environmentally friendly. They are acid-free and age-resistant according to ISO 9706. By omitting acid and by restricting the use of alkali, the papers are very well suited for archiving. SOLO GOYA Paper Water Color, 300 g/m²: ideal for painting with watercolors and gouache, for wet-on-wet and also for dry painting techniques. The watercolor paper is glued on all four sides, ensuring good flatness after moistening and preventing waves. The internal and external sizing, as well as the fine-grained surface, give the paper a very balanced water absorption capacity. The paper is a mixture of cotton (25%) and lignin-free cellulose.
