Salt dough Easter bunnies and eggs

This great, pliable modeling compound is made on an ecological basis and is ideally suited for creative craft work with children from 4 years of age. You just need to mix the blend with water and it is ready to use. Figures, pendants, or decorations can be easily shaped, and a sense of achievement is guaranteed. The mixing ratio is 1 part water and 3 parts salt dough blend. The dough is immediately ready to be modeled and hardens in the air in 6–10 hours or in the oven at 80°C in about 30 minutes. The oven heat creates a slight browning that acts like a beautiful patina.

Now you can decorate your Easter bunnies and eggs however you like. Paint faces, patterns, or dots on them and glue on little details. Glitter, ribbons, or feathers also make your figures special. This way, each piece becomes a unique piece of Easter art.

Cut paper into squares of the same size & prepare a smaller and a larger variant

Knead the dough well with your hands.

Lightly dust the dough with flour and roll it out with an acrylic roller.

Use a knife to cut out bunny and egg shapes. If you like, make a small hole in the ears and eggs to attach a string.

Let air dry for 6-10 hours (depending on thickness) or bake in the oven at 80°C for approx. 30 minutes. Then paint and decorate.
