Quick and original for Mother's Day
You don't need much material or time to design a beautiful Mother's Day card. Often, a few simple utensils like paper, pens, stickers, or string are enough to create a personal card with loving details.
Version 1: Card with paper flowers
Paper flowers give the card a calm, natural touch and are perfect for spring. You can shape, layer, and combine them in color according to your own taste – from simple to a bit more playful.
Version 2: Card with heart balloons
In this version, heart stickers are supplemented with strings to form little balloons. This looks light and modern and can be implemented quickly – ideal for a simple but effective card.
Step-by-step instructions - Version 1
Step 1
Cut paper into squares of equal size & prepare a smaller and a larger version
Step 2
Fold a square in half, then in half again, and finally diagonally. The closed tip points downwards. Trim the top part into a rounded shape
Step 3
Draw the stems on the card. Then, glue the finished flowers onto it as a bouquet
Step 4
Fold a square in half, then in half again, and finally diagonally. The closed tip points downwards. Trim the top part into a rounded shape
Step 5
Decorate the card as desired, e.g., with a bow, and write a sweet message at the bottom, such as "Happy Mother's Day"
Step-by-step instructions - Variant 2
Step 1
Cut several strings of equal length. Stick them vertically onto the card using double-sided tape
Step 2
Stick a paper strip horizontally over the strings and write your message on it, for example: "I Love You"
